يعتبر مقرر مصطلحات انجليزية في إدارة الموارد البشرية من االمقررات المتخصصة التي تهدف الى تزود الطالب بمصطلحات انجليزية الشائعة في إدارة الموراد البشرية، وذلك بناء على وظائف إدارة الموراد البشرية، مع بيان كل ما يجبب فهمه بخصوص هذه المصطلحات.

أهداف المقرر

  • Explain HR main processes and linkage to strategy

  • Explain organization structuring concepts

  • Develop Manpower plans using different methods

  • Gain practical understanding of talent acquisition trends and best practices in today’s environment

  • Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions

  • Practice applying recruiting techniques for the different types of positions

  • Understand and learn to effectively use various types of selection tools in the hiring process

  • Measurement of and continuous improvement to the recruitment and selection processes

  • Conduct effective interviews using the various types of interview questions and interview methods

  • Learn how to effectively onboard and orient new employees to their new roles and new workplaces

  • Explain Performance management process

  • Discuss the difference between performance management and performance appraisal

  • Identify the necessary characteristics of accurate performance management tools.

  • Describe the appraisal process.

  • Perform an effective appraisal interview.

  • Briefly discuss the commonly used performance measurement methods and forms

  • Identify some of the common problems with the performance appraisal process

  • Identify the major steps we can take to avoid problems with the appraisal process

  • Conduct a TNA for a team/company

  • Discuss how and when to use the different learning methodologies

  • Write clear and concise learning outcomes for a training program

  • Prepare your company’s Training Plan and manage its implementation

  • Evaluate a training proposal from an external vendor

  • Discuss approaches for evaluating training Effectiveness

  • Understand the impact of Total Rewards on the business and becoming an "employer of choice"

  • Identify the trade-offs in developing a Total Rewards strategy
